Poster presentations

Registered delegates will be invited to upload their posters to the event app, Whova, 1 week prior to CRYO2022. 

All poster presenters must be registered delegates of CRYO2022. 

Both virtual and in person posters must be uploaded to the Whova app by July 18 11:59 PM BST 2022. 

In person posters must be displayed in Dublin by July 19, 10:30AM BST 2022. 


Virtual posters must be uploaded to the event app for delegates to view. 
Presenters are also able to upload a short recorded video, additional PDFs, and photos to accompany their poster presentation. This is optional. 

You will receive an email inviting you to upload your poster on July 12th. Please note you will not receive the invitation email to upload your poster unless you have registered and paid your registration fee in full. 

Your virtual poster must be uploaded by July 18 11:59PM BST.

Posters must be in PORTRAIT ORIENTATION and A0 size (118x84cm) 

Bring your A0 Portrait Orientation poster with you for display in Dublin. The poster session will take place on Wednesday July 20th, 2022.
